Frequently Asked Questions

Open Cash App and tap the Activity tab (clock icon). Tap the payment you just sent. Scroll down and tap ... (three dots). You will see the Transaction ID — copy and paste it into the form.

Open Venmo and tap the ☰ Menu then go to Incomplete or Transactions. Find the payment you just sent and tap on it. The Transaction ID will be listed at the bottom of the details — copy and paste it into the form.

Once your payment has been verified and your order is confirmed, you can pick up your t-shirts with SrA Schall located in CSS at bldg. 610. Please bring your your confirmation or show proof of payment.

T-shirts are $15.00–$26.00 each and are available in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, and 3XL. You can order multiple sizes and quantities in a single order.

Each event requires a separate order and payment. Please visit the Events page and submit a form for each event you wish to attend. Make sure to include a separate Transaction ID for each payment.

If you made a mistake on your order, please email us immediately at [email protected] with your Order ID and the correction needed. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order is confirmed.
